We’ve some big changes for this year.
1. This year we are having a joint Christmas Party weekend with our good friends at Upstate MINIs .
2. We have a new host hotel. This year we’ll be at The Ridges Resort at Lake Chatuge in Hiawassee GA

If you are staying at the Resort, you will be in the center of the entertainment. Just park your MINI and enjoy the long evening. We will have our private party in the Red Banks Roo,. 

Our dinner will be a full buffet and we will have a cash bar.  Cost is just $25.00*
*Dinner is normally $33.25, but AMM and Upstate will be “buying down” the cost, so it will only be $25.00 for the first 60 people that sign up. 

After dinner we have a full schedule of evening events including:

  • We’re bringing back “Who Dat Baby” guessing game.
  • We’ve added few new fun games to the mix this year.
  • NEW: This year we’ll be having a Christmas Pajama theme (optional of course). So break out our best Christmas Pj’s and have a chance to win a great price. Nothing risqué please, we all don’t need any counseling.
  • Silent Auction: From 5:30 to 9:00 we will have the Silent Auction open to view and bid. We’ve collected quite a few very nice items and gift certificates so be prepared to do some “shopping”. (Cash, Credit or Check are accepted). 
  • ILO of having a Dirty Santa exchange, we’ll be asking for donations for our charity “The Fannin County Empty Stocking Program”

The buffet dinner is $25* per person:

Mixed Garden Salad with Dressing
Chicken Piccata
Grilled Beef Tender Cut with Mushroom Au Jus
Seasonal Mix Vegetables
Roasted Garlic and Parmesan  Mashed Potatoes
Assorted Cakes and Pies (Chef’s Choice)

6:30 pm – 7:30 pm – Buffet Dinner
7:30 pm – 9:00 pm – Games
9:00 pm – 9:30 pm – Silent Auction Results
